After you place an order, it is recommended that you take a screenshot and save the order information so that when you query the order later, we can respond in a timely manner with accurate information.
When tracking an order, please provide your order number or recipient's name and email address.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our custom sneakers are durable and made to last, with good care, the artwork will last the life of your sneakers.

Please note: Artwork painted on the Midsole & bottom of the shoe, may be prone to fading with wear and tear. Eg: The colored "Air" text in many AF1 customs. It is added for aesthetic purposes, you may choose to keep that part uncolored in your custom by informing us.

You will get a pair of shoes exactly like the picture. The color, style, details will be the same as the pictures show.

We unfortunately don’t have a full return/cancellations policy due to the nature of this service , we can only provide refunds , returns or cancellations on non customised items, this is because everything is individually made for each customer.
